Included in Both Ceremony:
• I will arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your ceremony to ensure everything is set and running smoothly, so you can feel relaxed and present for your special moment.
• I’m happy to assist with guest coordination, including sharing gentle reminders (such as silencing cell phones and respecting your photographer), as well as relaying any personal messages or instructions, especially if you step away or leave the venue for photos.
• Following your ceremony, I will take care of submitting your marriage licence to Vital Statistics on your behalf. One less thing for you to worry about!
• I will follow up with you afterward to confirm you’ve received your official marriage certificate
Signing Ceremony or Vow Renewal:
Perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 10 guests, this ceremony is designed to honour your love in a simple, meaningful way.
Includes:
• A heartfelt exchange and gentle reminder of the bond that has carried you through your journey together
• A blessing for your continued love, support, and the many years ahead

The Next Step to Securing Your Date
To confirm your booking, I need to receive a $100 non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and time.
A couple of months before the wedding I will contact you to setup a time to discuss your vision for your ceremony and I will gather more information about you & your partner. We will go over options and ideas that can be incorporated into your ceremony to give it that personal touch.
Shortly before the wedding we will connect again & review what we have discussed & make any changes or edits to your ceremony.
A contract will be sent to you out lining the agreement and expectations.
The hardest decision you will have to make is choosing me to officiate. I will guide you step by step along the way.
